The olives Bouteillan and Aglandau are harvested from plots selected for the rich soil in October.

To obtain the "Intense Taste", the grinder presses the still green olives to develop tasting notes of freshly cut herbs, raw artichokes and green bananas.

In the mouth ... The fruity is powerful and balanced, with an ardence that develops during tasting.

In the kitchen ... it will raise your salads and sublimate steam vegetables.
