This vinegar is obtained after aging in American oak barrels of Jerez de Palomino Fino wines, with an age of five to ten years. It has an 8th acetic graduation. It is made using the solera system, a traditional method used to raise sherry. Of the total number of barrels Solera Reserva, 50% of them are first acetificación hatcheries, supplied with our selected Solera vinegars great taste, and the rest is La Solera Aging, where our vinegar acquires its typical characteristics of colors and the taste, after the traditional process of aging in oak barrels. On the palate, this vinegar is round, balanced and once with great intensity, highlighting the aftertaste itself a product of great old age.
