This collection is an invitation to travel via our taste buds: time to discover new Fleurs de Sel from other countries, strictly selected for their aromas and texture, as per Les Terres Blanches code of ethics. Harvested in the South of Portugal from a region of ancient salt marshes. It takes about a year of sun drying to obtain the matt white color. Very smooth aroma yet crispy in texture.
