Goccia di Sole is produced by the Molfetta Cooperative Oil Mill, a small cooperative of producers located on the coasts of the Adriatic Sea and founded in the late 1960s by a dozen producers who joined forces. Among the members of the cooperative, we find the family of Michel Favuzzi, including his uncle, Damiano Favuzzi, strongly involved in the development of the cooperative and in the promotion of Goccia di Sole.
