Canola oil is a perfect substitute for olive oil, with a more neutral taste. Use raw or for cooking. Season vegetables, vinaigrettes, stir-fries, pasta, fish and meat. It goes wonderfully with potatoes. It's the basic ingredient of a great-tasting mayonnaise! Its smoke point is 350°F (176℃).
