The 1ère Récolte cuvée is an extra virgin olive oil with character. It has a unique taste profile, an oil with green fruitiness and ripe notes. There is a variety of aromas ranging from notes of freshly cut grass to notes of apple, green almond, hazelnut and walnut. This diversity of aromatic, fruity and herbaceous notes go together harmoniously and give a unique character to our extra virgin olive oil.
