This oil was created from a careful selection made by Mr. Avelino Veá Esquerda and is dominated by extra virgin olive oil from Arbequina olives.
Completed by oil from northern Spain, Tarragona or Alcañiz; according to the characteristics of the oil, since each year the oil is different and depends on the climate, the rain, etc. 
Estornell extra virgin is a very mild oil, recommended for seasoning or for cooking dishes where the taste should be light. Golden oil with slight greenish undertones, very aromatic and with such a delicate and sweet taste.
