OLI Mas d'en Gil, HOEV is a light olive oil with a taste reminiscent of ripe fruit, enhanced by subtle notes of green apple and banana.

A small-scale, traditional, high-quality production from olive trees over 100 years old, in the Priorat region of Catalonia. The Rovira family, renowned all over the world for its exceptional wines, cultivates 125 hectares of land located 300 m above sea level.
