Description

Olive juice sprays (crushed table olive) with an intense olive flavor and a hint of piparra. Spheres of approximately 20 mm in diameter with liquid interior that when you bite them burst into the mouth releasing the juice from its interior.

A classic appetizer of molecular or avant-garde cuisine ready to use and consume. The spherical olives are contained in a mixture of brine and extra virgin olive oil to improve their conservation and so that when removed from the pot they have a thin layer of oil of great quality that gives it shine and a great aroma.

It can be served alone in a catering spoon, a Japanese soup spoon or a regular dessert spoon resting on the edge of the dish or tray where it is presented.
