Shipping and returns

The amount for shipping will automatically be calculated before check-out according to the weight.  For all non-standard orders, delivery to remote Canadian regions or internationally, additional shipping charges may apply. These charges will apply regardless of the value of the order. A customer service representative will contact you to discuss shipping prices and confirm your order.

 

Canadian delivery

Your order will be shipped to the address of your choice via the most economic delivery service.

Your order will be delivered within 2 to 7 business days depending on your address in Canada.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Please allow up to 11 business days for delivery to remote regions.

 

Delivery to remote regions and international destinations

Delivery to remote regions, the United States and international destinations is available. A customer service representative will contact you after you have placed your order to offer you the best available rates and shipping times to meet your needs.

Upon your consent, the shipping costs will be billed on an additional invoice, treated separately from your online order.

Perishables

Our policy is to send products with an expiration date as far as possible from your order date. We aim to send products with an expiration date more than 2 months depending on the nature of the product. If we cannot meet this commitment, we will contact you by email to let you know the expiration date and to know if you still want to receive the product.

Broken or opened items

Lost Packages

Parcels may get lost during transit. If you encounter this problem, please email us at lespassionsdemanon.com or call us at 1 (450) 250-6423, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. We will then contact the shipping company and follow-up with them.

 

Cancelling an order

To cancel an order, please email at les passionsdemanon.com or call us at 1 (450) 250-6423. If your order has already been shipped, you will have to wait until you receive it, then call us to ask for a return authorization number.
