A little-known herb, typical of many Indian masalas. Also known as methi.
In Indian cuisine, fresh fenugreek leaves are often prepared in various dishes, in the same way as spinach. Once dried, they are used more like dried herbs in the West. Very good in Indian breads (especially parathas), this herb deserves to be toasted before being added to a curry of vegetables or legumes.
