Esporão selected the best producers of the Cordovil variety in Alentejo, where olive cultivation has existed for several generations. The production system is an integrated production based on more environmentally sustainable cultivation practices and the use of auxiliary fauna in the fight against pests and diseases of the olive tree.

• Sweet, slightly bitter and spicy with a final touch of nuts and green banana peel.
