Description

Due to its bitterness and woody aromas, Grandjean offers intense and rustic flavours specific to this endemic Périgord variety. Gastronomic Virgin Walnut Oil Grandjean is used in cold or hot seasoning, ideal with your salads, vegetables, gratins, velvety, poke bowls, carpaccios, grilled, raw and cooked fish.

To preserve their flavours and their ideal proportion of Omega-3 compared to Omega-6, the kernels are only slightly heated before the press for a so-called cold extraction of the oil.
