Our koroneiki olives are pressed together with fresh basil from our estate which releases the distinct aromas and oils from the basil leaves. The flavours are fresh and grassy with the poignant aroma of the basil. The palate is fresh, clean and creamy and is nicely balanced by the lovely peppery finish from our extra virgin olive oil.

This oil is ideal for salads, drizzled over bruschetta, with pasta, as a marinade for white meats, on grilled sandwiches, drizzled over popcorn or just to dunk a baguette in it!
