The Hojiblanca variety is one of the organic mono-varietals that is picked unripe and grown at Hacienda Guzmán. Its taste on the palate culminates in spicy and bitter tones that are pleasant and well assembled, evoking the olive tradition of Hacienda Guzmán.

Pleasant finish in the mouth characterized by an intense aftertaste, prolonged and slightly spicy. An extra virgin olive oil of 0.2 degrees of acidity, produced by putting quality before yield (around 12%).
