On the palate, the blend has a nice intensity, it is a balanced olive oil. There are touches of fresh cut grass with a slightly fiery finish. It results from a fine balance between the different varieties: Béruguette, Bouteillan, Grossane, Salonenque and Picholine. Served on green vegetables, in a salad or on grilled white meats, it will enhance your dishes.
