Belluga extra virgin olive oil is an olive juice made with the first olives from
the beginning of its maturation, at the end of October of each year.
It is a blend of the variety Serrana de Espadán (80%) and other local varieties
extracted cold, unfiltered and obtained by natural decantation, therefore it retains
all the aromas of olives in good health and with a high level of minor elements,
which gives it great stability over time. Its acidity is less than 0.1%. With a greenish color, it has a medium fruity intensity, with combinations of green
and ripe notes, and with aromas of tomato, green olives, dried fruits and aromatic
plants. On the palate, it has a very weak intensity of the sour attribute and is
also very slightly spicy, with notes of almond, banana and artichoke, all with a
fluid and gentle passage.
